noisy air conditioning poor food quality

The air conditioning was a problem. it seemed old and noisy. It was uncomfortable. i even changed rooms because of it. the unit in the second room was slightly better, but it failed after a power cut. the food lacked flavor. desserts seemed to use fillers like starch and artificial colors. the paths near the rooms were dusty and had cigarette butts.

fantastic location easy access aqua activities

The location was fantastic, permitting easy access to various pools.. aqua activities added a splash of joy to our stay. the views from the premises were also beautiful. The resort is really well taken care of, with meticulous attention to detail.

the dining area sometimes felt a little crowded during peak hours, requiring a bit of patience.

Our premium sea view room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room offered ample space and was cleaned daily, providing fresh towels and linens. I noticed lovely towel art on our beds.

amazing staff and tasty food!

friendly staff great variety flavorful meal

the staff was friendly. they were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. the food was AMAZING!!! there was a great variety of options. every meal was well-prepared and flavorful.

the wifi isn't free, and it is expensive. it's also very slow and unstable, with lots of disconnects. the pool bars are not very good either. all drinks are served in small plastic cups of bad quality.

a stay with minor drawbacks

i appreciated the helpful staff. mina from the bar was always smiling. ahmed adel from the bar was kind. he was also friendly and he was great with the boys.

the reception was slow. the receptionist kept serving other guests. this made the check-in take longer. i found their english to be poor and i wasn't sure they understood me.
